Terms and conditions

  1. Ordering Information: To avoid errors please use the part number for the item you wish to purchase, please review your shopping cart before completing the transaction.
  2. Billing: All orders will be charge to your credit card at the time of purchase.
  3. Prices : All prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be billed at prices established at the time of the order being completed from the shopping cart.
  4. Shipping : Shipping charges will be based on FedEx published rates fro ground shipping only. Shipping charges will be charged at the time of the completion of the transaction. 
  5. Return Goods : Prior authorization must be received from Discount Labels, Ribbons and Forms before returns are accepted. Please send an email to info@discountlabelsribbonsandforms.com to explain the reason for the return and receive authorization. Authorized returns must be sent freight prepaid or will not be accepted. Upon receipt and inspection of the saleable stock Discount Labels, Ribbons and Forms will issue a charge back to your card for credit of the sale price paid less a 20% restocking fee. Return authorization must be within 30 days of purchase to receive a credit. 
  6. Damaged Goods : Any product that is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the freight carrier to recover any damages.
